  • What is your pricing structure?

    Our pricing structure is crystal clear. We provide three packages for PSD to HTML5 markup services. Prices are given below:

    Html5 Basic package:

    • Homepage: $129
    • Subpage: $65

    Html5 Premium package:

    • Homepage: $299
    • Subpage: $65

    HTML5 Advanced package

    • Homepage: $449
    • Subpage: $65
  • Can I get a quote and ETA before I pay

    Sure! Just leave a message including the screenshots of your design and brief specification of your project on the support email or contact form and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. For bigger projects or CMS integration, it might take 1-3 days depending on the complexity of your quote. We also reserve the right to revise the quote.

  • What kind of design files do you accept?

    We accept almost all layered design file, such as: Sketch (.sketch), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe Fireworks (.png), Adobe InDesign (.indd). If your design file has any other format, please contact our customer support.

  • How can I contact your customer support?

    You can reach us by an email or live chat support. We will get back to you within minutes during our working hours.

  • Which browsers do you support?

    Our Qa team performs various test in IE11+ and the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. We test all the projects on both Mac OS and Windows. Also, we check all the projects on real devices (latest Android phone and iPhone).

  • Can you provide support for IE8-IE10?

    Generally, we don’t provide support for IE8-IE10. We prefer graceful degradation but we can provide compatibility at a custom rate depending upon the complexity of your project.

  • How do you count a “page”?

    We follow the industry standard for measuring the length of the page. 2000px height of the design will be considered as one page. If you have a larger page (say 1280 x 4000px) then we will consider it as two pages (one Homepage + Subpage).

  • How extra resolutions will be considered?

    Our package include four resolution which are: main resolution (generally 1100px),1024px,768px & 320px. If you’ve design on additional resolution (for example): 1920 then additional $20 will be charged for homepage & $10 for inner page per resolution.

  • What is your turn-around time?

    Generally, it takes 8-10 working hours to complete a simple home page. Each inner page associated with the same project takes 4-8 hours but the time frame varies according to the complexity of the design. We start the project only after discussing every detail with the client.

  • Can you deliver the project faster?

    Yes, Please contact us and we can discuss it. For rush projects special pricing will be applied which is 20% more than the actual price.

  • Do you redesign/update existing websites into HTML5?

    Yes! we convert your existing website into HTML5 and make it search engine friendly.

  • Is your code semantically correct?

    Yes, Our code is semantically correct. We use correct tags and give meaningful names to classes and ids. Also, we use heading tags for all headings of the page in correct order.

  • Do you provide Search engine optimized code?

    Yes, we provide search engine optimized code. We right “alt” text for images and make sure all the headings are in heading tag.

  • Do you compress files for load speed optimization?

    Yes, we compress all images, JS, CSS & HTML to optimize the load speed of the page.

  • Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)?

    HTML5Bakers maintain a very strict non-disclosure policy and we guarantee that all information you share with us, including artworks, contact details and client notes will be confidential. We will not use your designs to showcase on our portfolio without written consent from the client.

  • Do you provide any discount?

    Yes, we offer discounts for bulk projects and in long-term partnership opportunities. Please feel free to contact us.

  • Can you integrate my design with Bigcommerce, Shopify or Wordpress?

    Yes. Please feel free to request a quote for it.

  • What are the payment methods?

    We accept all major credit cards and paypal. We also accept bank wires.

  • How do you deliver final work?

    After completing your project, we will host your project on our staging server for a review. If you find any bug, you can let us know and we will fix all your issues. When you’re fully satisfied with the code quality, we will deliver you a zip file containing the markup and all the related files.

  • What if I find issues after the final delivery of project?

    We provide 30 days of a free support. If you find any issue in the project after the final delivery then we will fix it for free and if you want any minor changes in your design which won’t take more than 10-15 minutes then we will do that for free of cost. However, if the new requested changes were not the part of the initial quote or design and take more than 15 minutes then we will send you a new invoice for the new item.

  • What if we are not satisfied with your services

    We always try our best to deliver a very high-quality markup keeping client’s requirement in mind. Our team take care of every single detail of your project and try our best to match client expectation but if you’re not satisfied with the design then you will get a refund according to the terms & condition. The refund should be asked before the project is delivered.
